1. Who we are
LinkNPay is operated by No Future Without Art LLC ("we", "us"). For the purposes of data-protection law, we are the data controller of the personal data we collect through linknpay.shop.
2. What we collect and why
- Account data (email, display name, password hash) — to create your account, sign you in, and let you manage your page. Legal basis: contract.
- Profile content (username, bio, avatar, background image, social handles, Cash App tag) — to render your public page. Legal basis: contract.
- Bookings and RSVPs submitted by your fans (name, phone, event details, payment screenshots) — to deliver them to you in your dashboard. Legal basis: contract / legitimate interest of the page owner.
- Usage and device data (IP, browser, pages viewed, error logs) — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Support messages you send us — to respond to you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Cookies — essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers (subprocessors) — cloud hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, and error monitoring providers acting on our behalf under written agreements.
- Payment processor — for paid subscriptions, your billing data (name, email, payment details, billing address) is processed by our payment processor, which handles card processing, tax compliance, invoicing and subscription management on our behalf.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality.
- Authorities where required by law or legal process.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Public profiles
Information on your public page (username, display name, bio, avatar, buttons, events) is intentionally public to everyone with the link. Do not put anything there you do not want public.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle disputes and comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard; we will delete or anonymize your data when it is no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Receive your data in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logging — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
