LinkNPay (operated by No Future Without Art LLC) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Email us at hello@nfwa.ai with the email address you used at checkout and a brief note. We'll issue the refund through our payment processor within a few business days.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard ("Manage billing"). When you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account automatically reverts to the free tier. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months outside of the 30-day guarantee window.
LinkNPay does not process or hold fan-to-creator payments — those go directly from the fan to the creator's Cash App account. Refunds for fan payments are handled between the fan and the creator and are not covered by this policy.
