LinkNPay ("LinkNPay", "we", "us") is operated by No Future Without Art LLC. By creating an account or using the service at linknpay.shop, you ("you", "user") enter into a binding agreement with No Future Without Art LLC.
By signing up for or continuing to use LinkNPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using LinkNPay on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
LinkNPay provides creators, DJs, artists, and promoters a hosted bio-link page with payment buttons, booking forms, and event RSVP collection. Fans pay creators directly via third-party payment apps (e.g. Cash App); LinkNPay does not process or hold those funds.
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We retain all rights in the LinkNPay software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload (profile photos, bio text, flyers), and grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service.
LinkNPay offers a free tier, a paid Pro subscription ($20/month) and a one-time Premium Lifetime plan ($100). Checkout, billing, tax calculation and invoicing are handled by our payment processor on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until canceled.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for the refund window.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your pages may be deactivated and your data deleted after a reasonable window.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You will indemnify No Future Without Art LLC against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where No Future Without Art LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
